道明會士 Father Lawrence Lew 淺談攝影及「美」
以下是一名道明會士談攝影及美。 Father Lawrence Lew, O.P. 是一名網上頗活躍的道明會士，他替很多不同的禮儀拍照，將禮儀的美、信仰的美表達出來。

攝影由一開始作為畫家的工具， camera obscura ，發展成一項獨立的藝術及紀錄工具，一直也在參與人類歷史的進程。攝影作為一項藝術，也受到不同的藝術思潮所影響。一如不同的藝術，自我表達成了藝術的主要論調。仿佛「美」已失卻了標準。
作為一名攝影人、作為一名天主教道明會神父， Father Lawrence Lew 在片中這樣說：
現代對藝術的理解似乎只關乎自我表達，但對藝術更古典的理解是要揭示「美」。
The modern understanding of the arts seems to all about self-expression, but the more classical understanding of the arts is to reveal beauty.
